Research On Environmental Status And Optimization Of Physical Education Institutes And Department In Western Hunan

Teaching environment is an important part of teaching system, school sports teaching environment is an important objective of school physical education condition, they are the important subject of contemporary sports theory research, to realize the goal of education in the school sports has the very vital significance. Modern teaching theory thinks that teaching environment as one of the most important conditions of teaching activities, it has a profound impact on teaching activities. So we need to fully understand the teaching environment to various elements related to the teaching activities, the maximum play to the effect of environment on teaching through scientific and reasonable means of decrease environmental effect, reducing it to perfect the system of the modern education theory, exploring the law of development of the teaching activities, improve teaching efficiency has a significant role in promoting, this study according to the need of deepening reform in colleges and universities sports teaching environment and the development trend, the higher sports colleges of cultivating qualified sports talents for thesociety demand and the regional education fair problem as the basic premise, to the west of hunan province higher sports through analyzing present situation of sports teaching environment and puts forward some practical and feasible optimization strategy. With geographic conditions and for other higher sports colleges teaching environment optimization.In order to fully understand the current situation of College Physical Education in Hunan Province, this paper makes a discussion on the three aspects of physical environment,social psychological environment and human environment, and draws the following conclusions from aspects: physical environment, social psychological environment and human environment:1 The natural environment is better in the teaching environment of College Physical Education Department in the west of Hunan Province, but the regional climate has certain influence on the normal operation and the smooth development of physical education. Sports equipment and venues of the actual needs and the reality of the existence of a certain conflict. In addition, the existing sports equipment is aging,lack of timely maintenance and maintenance of the existingequipment and reasonable configuration, resulting in school teachers and students on the school hard conditions are not high.2 In the teaching of teachers and teaching environment, the number of teachers in three colleges and universities is reasonable, but there is not enough coordination among the teachers in the individual event sports. At the same time, in the process of physical education, the number of classes and class teaching in what form has been an important factor to affect the quality of physical education.3 The College Physical Education Department in Western Hunan province is in good condition, and the teacher can treat each student objectively and fairly, and the students can cooperate with the teacher to complete the teaching task. But there are some problems need to be solved in the construction of community and after school sports knowledge.4 In the humanities environment, traditional ethnic sports in the sports colleges and universities rarely have to carry out. Especially the existing university, fewer and fewer people involved, the actual carrying out only one or two projects, and are relatively not very high requirements on software and hardware conditions, such as: Wushu, Taiji boxing and dragonand lion dances.
