Study On The Draft Mechanism Of Chinese Basketball Association

With the development of the continuous expansion of China's basketball professional league,and a series of deep-seated contradictions and problems emerge.Strength disparity between the clubs,China's basketball reserve talented person cultivation,flow and selection problem become a top priority.It is well known that the NBA draft mechanism is to promote the team go hand in hand to balance policy,is the guarantee the NBA excellent and steady development of the sword.This article will flow through combing Chinese professional football league basketball reserve talented person,the training and selection of the main problems,and exploring the feasibility of establishing China's basketball professional league draft mechanism,drawing on the successful experience of the United States the NBA draft,analyzes the existing problems in the CBA competition mechanism in our country,to build basketball professional league draft mechanism suitable for China's national conditions.In this paper,by using the literature material method,the method of SWOT,multi-factor analysis,logic analysis and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to set up the mechanism of Chinese professional football league draft the necessity,feasibility analysis,so as to construct the Chinese basketball league development mechanism of talent.In this paper,after finishing the research on our country basketball professional league draft mechanism,the following conclusions:1 Due to the diversity of basketball reserve personnel training in our country,the sports system,education system and social system for China's high level athletic basketball reserve talented person,combination between each system is not fully,the talented person flow channel not unobstructed,and lack of reserve personnel training of reward and incentive system is restricting our basketball athletic level as well as the important factor in the development of professional league,is also in this paper,the necessity of establishing the mechanism of Chinese basketball professional league draft.2 The NBA draft mode provides a good model for us;At the same time,scientific and reasonable system of draft accord with the interests of all parties;Under the national system of backup talent cultivation system to set up a solid foundation for talent mechanism.3 CBA debut against cold draft system of the main reasons for the CBA rookie competitive level is not high,recognition of rare club;Low,contract and salary treatment for players less attractive;Talent training cannot be better use;The club can't exchange between picks;Lack of grass-roots units as well as the incentive mechanism of the coaches.4 CBA competition mechanism is established to solve the problem between the clubs unequal provides a possible,also for the more pursuit of dream to enter the CBA league players opened up a new road,provides the guarantee for the sustainable development of the CBA league.
