With the development of China's social-economic,the demand of public for the educational resource became more and more strong,as under the background of above statement,a number of relevant educational training institutions appeared and have great development.Although current development of English training institutions has certain platform and opportunities.At the same time the training institutions face the great challenge,how Aston education group to maximize its own competitive advantage and speed up the market development,and deal with the emerging industry's competition and challenge,are all the major subjects which are waiting to be solved.This paper carried on the scientific analysis for the marketing present situation of Aston education group English training,and found out Aston education group's marketing strategy problems and the reasons for the problems,Besides chose to optimize the existing management structure and management process,and launched a new education product assortment,and develop a new marketing strategies which can exploit distribution channel and the promotion means.And put forward the security measures which is corresponding to the new marketing strategy of Aston education group.The research plays an important role in guiding for the Aston education group marketing strategy development and implementation.Compared with past,the new marketing strategy conforms to the standards and requirements of the new era.At the same time,this paper has a certain reference and reference value for the marketing strategy of the other institutions for training industry.
