"Lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities are based on the same subject,so that different teachers on the subject of different analysis based on the perspective of different teaching design,in the classroom to show more teachers to observe,learn,explore,From which to find advantages and disadvantages,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the professional development of teachers.This kind of teacher-based study,based on the comparative study of classroom education,is now deeply rooted in the recognition and evaluation of the majority of teachers,because this activity can not only increase the exchange and mutual assistance between teachers,from all aspects to enhance the professional Literacy,but also can improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research activities.Although the "lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities have a lot of benefits,but in the actual implementation of the process there are some problems that affect the effectiveness of activities carried out.This paper is based on this research,the main purpose of the study is to find "lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities,there are problems on these issues can be put forward what kind of recommendations and countermeasures to improve the current situation in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.This paper mainly investigates the high school in XX County of Gansu Province,compares the teaching and research activities of "lesson with heterogeneous" activities on campus and outside,and analyzes the cases through the participation of teaching and research activities,and analyzes the teachers' Interview investigation,and found in the actual "lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities when the problem,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the interviews and surveys of several teachers,it is found that there are still many problems in the course of actual development,which can be summarized as follows: first.Some teachers on the "lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities in the promotion of professional development of teachers is not in place,teaching and research activities in the form of formalities;second."lesson withheterogeneous" teaching and research activities before the preparation is not sufficient,can not play a practical role in promoting;third "lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities in a single form,reduce the effectiveness of teaching and research activities;fourth.after-school seminar teachers participation is not high,there is no sufficient exchanges and cooperation."Lesson with heterogeneous" teaching and research activities in the implementation of the very effective promotion of professional development of teachers,but in the development there are still many problems,the final summary of the proposed four corresponding improvement measures: first.promote the exchange of teachers and mutual assistance,improve teacher awareness;second.strengthen the preparation of teaching and research activities,enhance the purpose;third.enrich the form of teaching and research activities,improve the activities of the process;fourth.to improve classroom teaching seminars,to improve participation in the degree of recognition.
