The new round of basic education curriculum reform has been significantly developed by the past,and the change of teaching materials,teachers,students and other educational concepts.Based on the change of educational concept,the professional development of teachers has become the meaning of the development of the new era.The professional development of teachers has closely contacted the quality of education,and its professional development level determines the sustainable development of education.In the context of new curriculum reform,how to play the main role of the curriculum construction in high school,how to achieve the transformation of the classroom,how to achieve professional self-growth,how to promote students’ growth is urgent.The same lesson heterogeneous teaching and research mode integrates professional leadership,companion mutual help,self-reflection,and become an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers.On the one hand,The same lesson heterogeneous can provide a fresh and reliable perspective for the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,take effective teaching strategies to crack the dilemma of teachers’ professional development,and realize the professional development of teachers.On the other hand,this kind of heterogeneous teaching form derived from the practice of the same class can be sublimated under the guidance of the basic theory of teachers’ professional development,thus improving the teaching level of teachers,better meeting the needs of students,and finally The fundamental goal of the German people.Therefore,this thesis uses the same lesson heterogeneous basic theory,regards the same lesson heterogeneous research activities as an effective way to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,to examine Professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of heterogeneous implementation.First of all,this paper explains the connotation and basic theory of the heterogeneity of the same class and the professional development of teachers,and expounds the significance of implementing the heterogeneity of the same class to the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.Secondly,through the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,we deeply understand the current situation of the application of heterogeneity of the same class in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school from the perspective of teachers,and reveal a series of heterogeneity of the same class in the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools and the process of teachers’ professional development.question.At the same time,with the help of an educational practice opportunity in a middle school,taking the "Connotation and Function of Culture" in the unified edition of the high school ideological and political textbook "Philosophy and Culture" as a lesson example,the two teachers’ teaching design and practical comparative analysis of the teaching process.Under the heterogeneous teaching and research activities in the same class,the two teachers’ teaching effect is obvious.While testing the teaching effect,they are also aware of the backward professional concepts,lack of professional knowledge,and professionalism of high school ideological and political teachers exposed in the heterogeneous activities of the same class.Further reflection on the problems of weak ability and low professional quality,put forward strategies to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,such as strengthening cooperation and exchanges,providing training guidance,conducting teaching reflection and improving evaluation mechanisms,and striving to build an excellent high school The development goals of ideological and political teachers.
