Teachers play an important role in education and teaching.The quality of teachers determines the quality of school education.As Mr.Tao Xingzhi has always stressed,what kind of teacher trains what kind of students.Teachers influence the future of students and,in turn,the future of country and nation.Therefore,in all walks of life,the professional development of teachers has always been the focus of attention.The roads and ways to discover,improve,improve and innovate the professional development of teachers have also been a hot issue in the field of education.Heterogeneous forms for the same subject serve as a teaching and research activity based on basic teaching.Because of its high demand for the mining of teaching materials,the use of knowledge points,and the mastery of academic knowledge.Because of the high requirements for the mining of teaching materials,the use ot knowledge points,and the mastery of academic knowledge,Heterogeneous forms for the same subject have become an effective way and an important method to promote the professional development of teachers.Therefore,understanding the role of heterogeneous forms for the same subject in promoting teacher professional development has important reference value and reference significance for exploring and broadening the professional development of teachers.This research mainly uses methods such as literature method,classroom observation method,case analysis method and interview method.In this paper,Professor Ball and his team's "Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching(MKT)" is the theoretical framework for research.This study attempts to analyze two heterogeneous cases of the same class from the three dimensions of "discipline teaching knowledge "("content and curriculum knowledge KCC ","content and student knowledge KCS" and "content and teaching knowledge KCT").This study hopes to find out the role of Heterogeneous forms for the same subject teaching and research activities in promoting the professional development of high school mathematics teachers.Case studies and interview results show that:1)In the same class of heterogeneous activities,the "discipline teaching knowledge" of high school mathematics teachers showed a high level;2)Under the premise of familiarizing with the content of the textbook(KCC),teachers can effectively carry out the same class;3)Teachers must fully consider the student's academic situation when conducting the same class.This encourages teachers to master and improve knowledge of content and student(KCS);4)The dynamic classroom environment in the same class makes teachers pose new challenges to the arrangement and implementation of teaching activities(KCT);The innovations of this research are as follows:This study uses "MKT for teaching" as a theoretical framework to analyze the role of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject in promoting teacher professional development.Furthermore,this study gives practical suggestions for the extension of the professional development path of teachers and the promotion of heterogeneous teaching and research activities.
