| School is an important part of national education and the commitment of popularization.Under the background of developing the talent-concerned society,it’s very useful for us to build a high-quality contingent.Teachers should have a spirit of adapting to the development of teaching-type school.Teachers’ performance evaluation is not simple job but it is a challenging topic in this society.It influences the quality of the whole society and teachers’ personal development.However,the studies of teacher evaluation came up relatively late in China.And the research about teacher evaluation of the school is really poor.I have read a lot of information about teacher and performance evaluation.After reading,to analyze and develop this topic,I build some personal opinions about teachers’ performance evaluation in the school.The whole paper is divided into five parts.The first part shows the importance of teachers ’performance evaluation in the school.The second part is the view about performance evaluation to discuss the meaning in intension,function.The third part analyzes the status of teachers’ performance evaluation in the school and points out some problems in evaluation system.At last this paper gives us some suggestions to improve the teachers’ performance evaluation and presents some shortcomings in this study.It also points out it need analyze the differences when you use the evaluation items,standards and scale proportions to develop the education career in the future. |
