The picture book is an excellent children's book which is interesting,entertaining,artistic,literary and educational.It is also the most widely recognized book for children in the 21st century.The picture is fine,the story is humorous,and the plot is vivid and rich in meaning.It has a unique entertainment value and educational value for the development of young children.Researchers have been focusing on the picture book teaching in urban kindergarten,and urban kindergarten teachers have been greatly improved in the implementation of picture book cognition,idea and concrete organization,but the teaching of rural kindergarten has not been drawn enough attention.Rural children are relatively shy to expresse affection to their family,and their living environment is relatively open but lack of self-protection awareness,which can use the picture book to improve.While the rural children parents' education level is low,the responsibilities of the development of children's physical and mental health are taken by kindergartens and other educational institutions.However,because their professional quality is limited,rural kindergarten teachers in the picture book's selection and specific teaching strategies need to be guided and improved urgently.First of all,through the questionnaire survey,50 rural kindergarten teachers in 12 rural kindergartens in Tianshui City were surveyed,and the present situation of rural kindergarten picture book instruction was found.The problems and difficulties of rural kindergarten teachers were found through deep interviews.Then,with the cooperation of two teachers,this paper studies the improvement of rural kindergarten from the aspects of improving the concept of picture book and the concrete implementation of picture book teaching,such as the selection of picture books,the goal formulation of teaching activities and the way of questioning to further improve the teaching level of rural kindergarten and hope can give full significance of the picture books to the education of children in rural areas.
