Local colleges play an important role in the field of scientific research and talents' training in our country as the largest scale and number of components in our university system.The scientific research level of Gansu provincial colleges decide the scientific ability to a certain extent and have significant influence on overall scientific research ability and promotion in universities in our country.Young teachers who as the main part of teachers team in colleges have important impact on the development of Gansu provincial colleges.The scientific input and output situation and scientific development of young teachers in colleges has related to the scientific ability of Gansu provincial colleges and effect the development of society and economy.To learn about the scientific input and output situation,analyze the influencing factors and put forward the improving measures has practical significance to innovation and development of Gansu province.The development of young teachers has been paid more attention by the society;the scientific research ability has become a popular topic for many researches.This paper chose young teachers in four colleges of Gansu province as the survey subjects and selected the teachers who met the research requirements.To study the scientific input and output situation through questionnaire research and interview on the basis of collating the literature,so as to analyze the factors that affect the development of young teachers on provincial colleges.Through the investigation,it is found that the young teachers have the following problems in the aspect of scientific research input: from the point of view of the school,it has less research support for the young teachers and academic exchange platform;from the teachers themselves,it is lack of scientific research investment,academic exchange,academic community and academic conference participation is low.In the aspect of scientific output,published papers,published works,research projects,patent applications and awards have relatively small number and the quality of the problem to be improved.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of scientific research input and output of young teachers,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the input and output of young teachers' scientific research from three aspects: the teachers' own level includes the awareness and confidence of youn g teachers' scientific research,teaching tasks and scientific research pressure.In the school organization level,including the academic environment,academic team,the reputation of provincial institutions and the impact of scientific research and development opportunities;in the scientific research system,including research funding management system,research incentives and young teachers tutor system impact of implementation.On the basis of analyzing the factors influencing the investment and output of young teachers' research and development,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the research and development of young teachers in provincial colleges.First,the teachers should establish the correct development concept,improve the innovation ability and reinforce the scientific research foundation.Second,the provincial colleges should strengthen the young teachers' team construction,to create a good academic atmosphere and scientific research environment,strengthen the research team and platform construction,optimize the training of young teachers;Third,improve the scientific research incentive system and scientific research funding management system,strengthen the funding support for young teachers,improve the various types of training mechanism of young teachers.
