Emprical Study On Unversity Scientific Research Input-output Efficiency Of Key Unversity In Hebei Province

With the deepening of the innovative national construction development in our country,the growing importance of the innovation system of science and technology universities,proportion also increased year by year,followed by countries increasing investment in scientific research resources of colleges and universities.However,the input-output efficiency of scientific research in Chinese universities is not high,and the research activities show extensive development mode.The university is faced with how to rationally use scientific research resources and how to improve the efficiency of scientific research.The input-output efficiency of scientific research in higher educational institutions of research,can help improve the scientific research management in colleges and universities,promote the development of scientific research in colleges and universities,therefore,it is necessary to carry out the input-output efficiency of scientific research in higher educational institutions relevant research and analysis,to colleges and universities as input and output efficiency to provide direction and related basis.This paper USES data envelopment analysis(DEA),13 key colleges and universities in hebei province as the research object,the DEA validity analysis of these colleges and universities,and the university of the DEA effective input redundancy and output deficiency analysis,find out the improvement measures,the Malmquist index based on DEA model inter-temporal production efficiency was studied for the these colleges and universities,in order to these colleges and universities for scientific research input and output efficiency of static and dynamic of comprehensive study,draw relevant conclusions:1.When analyzing the effectiveness of DEA in these colleges and universities,six universities were found to be effective in DEA,accounting for 46% of the total,and seven universities were non-dea effective,accounting for 54% of the total.In terms of scale efficiency,6 universities are in a state of constant scale compensation,achieving the ideal state.Seven universities are in an invalid state of scale compensation.Among them,3 universities are in a state of diminishing returns of scale,and 4 universities are in a state of increasing returns..2.According to the principle of projection analysis,analysis of the DEA efficient college,find out the insufficient input redundancy and output,and can reduce the number of computing commitment and can increase the number of output,and according to the related principle of DEA model to calculate the target can be improved.3.According to the Malmquist productivity index based on DEA model,this paper studies the inter-stage productivity of these high schools.The efficiency of research input and output of these universities is not continuous growth,and the increase and decline are carried out.The main reason for the change of production efficiency in 13 key key universities in hebei province from 2014 to 2016 is the change of the technical progress index.
