At present,there exist various problems in many schools' Home-School Cooperation.In the academic area,there are still weak links in the management of Home-School Cooperation for a concrete school.Consequently,it has a highly theoretical value and practical significance to promote the combination between the theories of Home-School Cooperation and the management of a concrete school.The author studied the actuality and problems of H Senior High School's Home-School Cooperation,and put forward some advice to promote Home-School Cooperation,which may be helpful to the development of the school.According to the study,there are three characteristics of H Senior High School's Home-School Cooperation: Firstly,it lacks systematicness and harmony though the three level working system of Home-School Cooperation has been founded.Secondly,although there are many kinds of Home-School Cooperation,it is urgent for us to improve the effect.Thirdly,the parents have a low level of participation,but they have a high satisfaction with it.Nine questions occur to the H Senior High School's Home-School Cooperation.They are as following: First,The present system of education does not attach importance to parents' involvement in the educational process.Second,the objectives and responsibilities of management for Home-School Cooperation is not clear.Third,the system construction of Home-School Cooperation is behind schedule.Forth,the school plays a mighty role in the education,which leads to the result that teachers pay little attention to the role of parents.Fifth,the evaluation criterion of examination affects purpose and content of Home-School Cooperation.Sixth,time and space of Home-School Cooperation is not taken into account when a school makes plan.Seventh,at present,the teachers' assessment system does not contain Home-School Cooperation activity.Eighth,the role of the parent committee is limited.Ninth,the system of Home-School Cooperation is not established for the development of students.On the basis of the causes of those problems,the author put forward somesuggestions on how to improve and strength the management of Home-School Cooperation.First of all,deepen the reform of education system,and make the Home-School Cooperation an important method to promote quality education.Second,school should play the leading part in the process of Home-School Cooperation.Third,some measures should be taken to construct and perfect the relevant system of Home-School Cooperation.Fourth,in order to improve the ability and level of Home-School Cooperation,teacher's ideas should be changed.Fifth,in order to carry out the Home-School Cooperation,the heavy examination burden of teachers and students must be reduced.Sixth,integrate Home-School Cooperation into the working plan of school,grade group and class.Seventh,establish encouragement system and add Home-School Cooperation to teachers' assessment.Eighth,the construction of the parent committee should be consistent with school management system.Ninth,establish the Home-School Cooperation mechanism which is win-win cooperation.
