A Study On The Problems Of The Home-school Cooperation In Rural Primary School

The Home-school cooperation has already become the theme of education research and school reform for every country and it is tendency of education.Home and school cooperation in rural areas can be considered as an efficient way to promote the intensive development of students in primary schools.At present,most of china's rural areas have consciousness of the Home-school cooperation that is necessary and important.Some primary schools in rural areas have made some relevant policies and taken some necessary measures to promote the cooperation between home and school.Due to the teaching conditions and family conditions,cooperative activities in the implementation process encountered some obstacles and exposed some problems.This paper takes Renhou Town primary school in Tianxian County,Baoding City as an example.By using the methods of literature study,questionnaire investigation and so on,analyze the practical situation of the Home-school cooperation in the primary school of Renhou Town,and find the problems of the Home-school cooperation,such as parents and teachers lacking of concept of the Home-school cooperation,narrow simple cooperation content,single communication channels,parents losing their subject status.The true reason is that the rural economy as an objective factor affects the efficiency of the Home-school cooperation.But the main reason is the own insufficiency of the school and home.On the basis of thorough analysis of the problem and its causes,presents some feasible strategies from the below five aspects: Change the backward concept of the Home-school cooperation,deepen and broaden cooperation channels,rich cooperation content,give full play to the leading role of subject teachers,formulate the sound home-school cooperation rules and regulations,in order to further promote the expansion of home-school cooperation and to accelerate the development of the students in primary schools in rural areas.
