With the reform and continuous development of education,home-school cooperation has gradually become the most common and important educational mode in school education.In the process of implementing home-school cooperation,although the school is the main position of management,it is difficult to achieve the goal of home-school cooperation without the cooperative management of the government,education authorities and the society.At present,the case study on the cooperation between parents and schools in primary schools is not extensive and in-depth,especially the case study on the cooperation between parents and schools in Hunan Province is relatively short.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the case study on the home-school cooperation.By summarizing the current experience of the family-school cooperation management in primary schools and proposing countermeasures to solve the problems through the case study,it can provide practical guidance and experience for the majority of educators.On summarizing predecessors' research results of this study,42 primary schools with Changsha as the research object,mainly from the management Angle to explore elementary school parent-school cooperative coordinated management,from the perspective of school administration,parent-school cooperative management main body,management idea and results,parent-school cooperative in collaborative management problems and improvement countermeasures are studied.Through sorting out and analyzing the results of the questionnaire,the cooperative management of multiple roles of family-school cooperation in primary schools in Changsha has achieved results.The "education sunshine service platform" effectively solves the needs of parents,the role of the parents' committee is improved,the "happy parents classroom" effectively solves family conflicts and the comprehensive quality of students has been improved.At the same time,it is found that the cooperative management mechanism,the diversification of teacher training courses and the diversification of home-school cooperation mode need to be improved.Therefore,the establishment of an effective system of home-school cooperation,the strengthening of teachers' cooperation ability and the innovation of home-school cooperation mode can make the cooperative management of home-school cooperation develop to a higher level.
