In our country,standard configuration for schools is the teacher in charge of class,thus these teachers' professional identity makes great influence on the development of teachers,students and schools,etc.Though teacher in charge of class professionalization process has been pushed for more than ten years,the research of professional identity of teacher in charge of class that scholars made a study of has not been the independent research filed,and the literature about it almost exist in the dissertation of teacher in charge of class professionalization,the research of professional identity of teacher in charge of class started late and it's still in the beginning stages.Therefore,the thesis investigated the teacher in charge of class in primary school to present their identity,to help these teachers develop professionally,to increase the literature about this field,to offer the new material for the head teachers' professionalization.The thesis used self-making questionnaire to investigate teacher in charge of class in primary school.And the logic of study is based on what the teacher in charge of class in primary school actuality is,why the actuality is like that.and how to promote the teachers'professional identity.The first chapter is the preface which is about the background,causes,intention,method and significance of this paper.The second chapter defined the core concepts from the theory,and then reviewed the professional identity of teacher in charge of class correlation literature.The third chapter was to analyze and research the data and information from the survey,and it found that the teacher in charge of class in primary school represent professional identity in the overall situation.However,combined with the analysis of cognition,emotion and intention,it found out that teachers in charge do not represent a high level of professional identity,which is most obvious in intention dimension.As for differential analysis,there are significant differences at gender,the length of time to be a teacher in charge of class,teacher's professional title and the title of a school,especially at the length of time to be a teacher,the level of professional identity different from teacher in charge within five years,from six to twenty years,and more than twenty years,it represents an inverse U-shaped curve.According to the interviews,the reason for teachers in charge do not represent a highlevel of professional identity is that teachers' self-image offset,lack of education knowledge and ability and awareness of educational research,and there are shortcomings at management system.Consequently,the paper puts forward countermeasures from two aspects.First,teachers in charge of class should realize the professional role,and extend the knowledge.Then,from the perspective of school and other exterior factors,they should attach great importance to the profession of teacher in charge,and innovate the old systems.
