The head teacher is the main executor of daily moral education and student management in primary and secondary schools,and is the leader of healthy growth of primary and middle school students.In rural primary school teacher in charge work,limited by geographical conditions,economic conditions,the relative shortage of education resources,parents neglect the growing of the problems of the student to carry on the family education,therefore,the village primary school teacher in charge in class management work more need to pay attention to guide the work,strengthen management.Among them,the village primary school teacher in charge professional well-being is an important part of the village primary school teacher in charge professional life,also is the important indicators of quality of work life.Therefore,strengthen the village primary school teacher in charge of career happiness,promote village primary school teacher in charge's work quality and the quality of life,thus improve the quality of teaching of rural primary and secondary school teacher and class management quality.In 2009,the ministry of education promulgated the primary and middle school teacher in charge work regulations,it explicitly points out: "the teacher in charge is the daily ideological and moral education of primary and secondary schools and student management work of the chief enforcer,guide the healthy growth of primary and middle school students,the teacher in charge wants to strive to become a primary and secondary school students of life coach." As the document,issued by the social from all walks of life for the teacher in charge in the teachers' attention in the industry have a certain increase,and better for the head teacher professional construction requirements,under the development background,understand the teacher in charge professional well-being is conducive to the improvement of the teacher in charge work passion,is conducive to further strengthen the construction of a contingent of professional teacher in charge.In particular,rural primary schools are mostly located in remote areas,with poor transportation and geographical environment,and the poor environment of education caused by the economic environment aggravates the sense of inadaptability of the head teacher.On the other hand,the low cultural quality of rural primary school students' parents,students' learning foundation weak,weariness is serious,leading to the teacher in charge management pressure increasing,which directly affected the rural primary school teachers on duty,director of the enthusiasm.Many village primary school head teachers,although the head teacher,but the happiness index is very low.Therefore,it is important to strengthen the professional happiness of the head teacher in the village.This article is about the village primary school teacher in charge of professional well-being and its influencing factors research,in the process of the research use the research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,270 village primary school teacher in charge of interview and questionnaire survey,fully explore the village primary school teacher in charge professional wellbeing and its influencing factors.First,the basic concept of occupational happiness and the basic composition of occupational happiness are outlined.Secondly,from the external environment and the teacher's own factors,analyzes the influence factors of the occupational happiness of the village primary school teachers.Thirdly,the investigation results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed,and the problems existing in the occupational happiness of primary school teachers in village and town were summarized.Finally,from the policy Angle,the Angle of the school and the teacher's own point of view,in combination with the interview content of the head teacher of the village and town primary school,this paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the occupational happiness of the primary school teacher in the village.Therefore,it has certain theoretical significance and practical value to strengthen the occupational happiness of the primary school teacher in the village.
