Study On Internal Management Mechanism Of Private Kindergarten

As the increasing amount of Private Kindergarten, it become one of the most important backbone to China’education. The private kindergarten plays a more and more important role in preschool education of China. However some private kindergartens can not qualified the function of education, for these organizations have not a effective internal management mechanism, which is a key factor to restrict the development of private kindergarten. Although many scholar have some achievements for macro management and inter management of private kindergarten, it’s relatively less in the aspect of management system to private kindergarten.This research take A-kindergarten of Kunming as a study case, through literature research, field observation and interview method, take a all round represent to the current situation of internal management from the three aspect of organization, management concept and management system, and then analysis the problems existing in the management mechanism, and then analysis the reasons for these problems. The article gives relevant countermeasure and suggestion from five aspect, and suggests that the A-kindergarten should insist it’s characteristic development and found a brand of private childhood education organization, and promote the perfection of internal management system through the brand. Second, the manager should consider contingency factor when it design the organization, avoid the mechanization of institutions, make the flexibility to organic. Third, strengthen the external supervision and external resource sharing, building an open kindergarten organization system. Fourth, A-kindergarten should attach importance to teachers’ management, and promote humanistic management; Finally, It is suggested that A-kindergarten should strengthen scientificalness and democracy, and then build a modern school management system.
