In the background of the popularization of higher education,the quality problem of postgraduates training has become more and more prominent.In the process of macroeconomic policy guidance and the deep related research,we also realize that the academic identification of graduate students,which should be paid attention to,is the key factor of the training quality.As the initial stage of the highest level of higher education,master postgraduate education is a critical period of academic literacy cultivation.In the practice of graduate education,we should always make clear the research attributes of postgraduate education and cultivate 'students' strong academic identification.This paper makes an in-depth investigation and study on the academic identification of postgraduates by means of interview and literature.First of all,around the research theme,the interview work is carried out from the test motives,academic participation,teacher-student relationship,academic atmosphere,management system and so on.Based on the sorting and analysis,explain the role of research conclusions from the role theory:In the status quo research,take the graduate students' formal admission as the time node and then divide into two stages of imagination and practice.The time of the imagination stage shows a large individual difference,roughly from the moment to determine to take postgraduate entrance exam to graduate school enrollment.Although the academic identification of this stage is not related to the behavior,it also is "the thought in the heart,the concern of affection",and its prominent feature is the self-role expectations and the "self"expectations of role is prominent;the practice stage is the process during which the graduate student steps into the academic career and into the formal role-playing.The academic identification of the practice stage is dominated by the role participation,and according to the way and the degree of the role participation,it is also divided into three types of academic identification:phenotype,implicit type,and utilitarianism type.On the factors that affect the status quo of academic identification of postgraduates,this article carries out the analysis from the individual,tutor and college three aspects.In respect of graduate students,mainly reflect two aspects:the role learning is the relative lack and the participation of the role practice is relatively passive;tutor,the problem is that the tutor's academic expectations for graduate students is not enough,tutor academic guidance has some problems,and tutor's academic supervision awareness is not strong;from the university,not only there is a lack of a strong academic atmosphere and the perfect academic participation incentive system,but also the graduate student evaluation does not play a very good guiding role.Enhancing the improvement recommendations on academic identification of the postgraduate also correspond to the individual,tutor and college as the starting point.In aspect of graduate students,individual good academic spirit should be cultivated to improve their scientific literacy and academic level;tutor,it is very important to implement the full responsibility system of the tutor,and it is also necessary to improve the selection,training,examination and withdrawal mechanism of the tutor.In aspect of colleges and universities,the schools should give graduate students academic values education,establish long-term and comprehensive academic quality training ideas,and constantly consolidate the material conditions of graduate education.
