At present,my country is in a difficult year of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The funding management institutions of colleges and universities across the country are undertaking the important task of correctly guiding national funding resources to students with financial difficulties.Through the development of computer software systems,this research can provide more references for the subsidy management system and promote the development of subsidies in the direction of health,greenness and civilization.Effectively allow students in difficulty to enjoy the benefits provided by the government,and ensure that the funding for higher education is distributed fairly and equitablely to every poor student.However,there are currently no rules on how to identify students whose families have financial difficulties.The lack of effective identification methods for difficulties has led to limited implementation of targeted financial resources.Many impoverished students lose the opportunity of assistance because they have not received corresponding recognition,resulting in waste of resources and psychological imbalance.As the basis of the foundation of the funding work,the intelligent identification of poor students is the cornerstone of the funding work in the future.How to make the identification work efficient and concise is a difficulty for subsidizing online workers who are eagerly looking forward to breakthroughs.Although the country has continuously adjusted and perfected student assistance work,the new funding strategy has not yet formed a sound plan.After conscientiously summarizing the research examples of the identification methods of students with financial difficulties at home and abroad,combined with China's special national conditions,the current process of providing certification materials for students is complicated,the reliability of individual certification materials is low,the personnel of the subsidy management team are not fixed,and front-line personnel The lack of a unified standard and its own behavior and many other issues,summed up the wealth income and expenditure of Chinese families,and clarified the hierarchical context between the various impact factors.An analytic hierarchy process was used to establish a difficult mathematical model.Various factors affecting students' economic conditions were analyzed and quantified,and the comprehensive performance of each factor was normalized.By collecting a large number of typical cases identified by difficult students,a knowledge base of the expert system is constructed,and theexpert system is used to draw the calculation conclusion of this identification strategy.Among them,specific and executable design ideas are given for expert reasoning strategies.In addition,through the application data submitted by the students,the evaluation of the evaluation team,the quantitative assignment of the class teacher or expert judges,the comprehensive evaluation results of the students are automatically generated finally.On the whole,the system has initially formed an integrated online identification process in which visual materials submitted by difficult students,expert system identification and evaluation,and a computer database are used to summarize and output the degree of difficulty.In addition,for individual cases,field visits or online interviews were conducted to legalize the standards of personal integrity,enhance the credibility of the evaluation of students in difficulty,and improve the efficiency of identification and the objective fairness of identification.
