The stage of primary school is an important stage in forming the basic knowledge of things.The education in the primary school can benefit a person throughout the year.Teaching the excellent traditional culture in the primary school can promote the comprehensive development of students,improve students' ideological and moral standards,make students adapt to the requirements of quality education better.In addition,Marx,and Engels's cultural view can not provide ready-made experience which is consistent with our present situation for us due to the limitations of history and the era,but the essence and connotation of it is contained in the classical text.Therefore,the purpose of this research is to explore the way to construct the traditional culture in the primary school from Marx's cultural perspective,to combine the Marx's 'view of culture in the view of traditional culture to the situation of current primary school education,to solve the problem in the construction of traditional culture in the primary school,to promote the development of traditional culture harmoniously and healthily in primary schools.The first part of this paper mainly discusses the background.the purpose?the significance.the current research status.the research methods and the innovation of the traditional culture education in primary schools under the perspective of Marx's cultural concept.The second part mainly discusses the concept of "Chinese traditional culture"," the education of traditional culture in the primary school",the essence and characteristics of"Marx" cultural view ",the significance to take the research of the education of traditional culture in the perspective of Marx's culture.The third part of this paper points at the results of the questionnaire which is about the education of the traditional culture in a rural primary school and analysis systematically from four aspects:"the mastering of the traditional culture";"the establishing and implementation of the traditional culture courses ","the application of the methods of the education of traditional culture""the effect of the education of traditional culture".The problem is mainly about:the traditional cultural knowledge limited to books;too few courses of traditional culture;The method of traditional cultural education being too single;the effect of the traditional cultural education being so limited.The fourth part points at the problems mentioned in the third part and analysis the reasons for this situation from two angles.From the perspective of school itself:traditional culture not having special arrangement;traditional culture not having special materials;traditional cultural education lacking activities;teachers paying little attention to the traditional culture;teachers lacking education;traditional culture education classroom organization being not standardized.From the perspective of outside the school,the reasons are mainly that the lack of family education;the importance of the government being not good enough;the influence of the social environment.In the fifth part,according to the present situation of primary school education of traditional culture,discusses the methods and ways to solve these problems.Firstly,we should improve the emphasis of the subject of the education including the school,family and government departments,social media on the traditional cultural education in the primary school.Secondly,we should increase the integration of various disciplines and excellent traditional culture,from the Chinese,morality,art,science,English,mathematics,sports.Finally,in order to innovate traditional forms of cultural education,we should enrich the forms to put traditional cultural education into practice.
