| Chinese government has been taking great effort to promote the reform of both educational reforms and professional development of teaching profession in institutions of higher education,scince the ministry of education carried out “the outstanding teachers training program” in 2010.And it can not do without discussion of the curriculum,To promote the development of “the outstanding teachers training program”,enrich related empirical studies,and use it as the basis to propose related theory conforming to actual required according to “Outstanding Primary School Teachers ” training in institutions of higher education.Using literature survey,comparative approach,text analysis,summarized method,7 institutions of higher education on the background of general are selected from the 20 colleges,which have joined “the outstanding teachers training program”.To make a comparative studies by analyzing courses aim and specific requirement,establish curriculum module and credit,course type and credit allocation.At the same time,based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad for in-depth analysis,Finally it summarizes three problems about course objective,course content,course structure,that the institutions of higher education should be solve during the Pre-service Cultivation Stage of “Outstanding Primary School Teachers ”.Among this ways,There were some problems with course objective,just like weak build theory,results location ambiguity,the target is too idealization.There have not been unified knowledge about classification of course content.The actual course content is difficult to reach the goal.Practical courses are lack of innovation.There have not been unified knowledge about characters and rational classification of course structure.The structure of the present curriculum is not reasonable.Time and space,these two facts taken together,It makes summary on the basic research of country,college,primary school,domestic and foreign teacher education training and reform,and points out its guild meanings.In course objective,we should to make anreference standard with explicit curriculum goal and put forward a proposal about the specific open setting,creating diversified course content in uniform system of course classifying design,create a more integrated course content,make the educational theory and practice course a synergy development.We should make a clear line among the relationship between superordination and subordination,innclusion relation about course structure.We should continue to strengthen the clear dividing between practice and theory course.Improve selected courses set and impact in curriculum development requirements. |
