Research On College Students' Influence Factors Of Entrepreneurial Quality Under The Background Of Crowd Innovation

With the advent of economic globalization,talents with entrepreneurial spirit and capacity are greatly needed.The number of graduates are increasing gradually by expansion of college enrollment,college students are faced with significant pressure on employment.At the same time,the introduction of government preferential policies and the establishment of entrepreneurial platform,so that more and more college students choose their own business.However,due to the limitations of their own entrepreneurial quality,resulting in lower success rate of entrepreneurship.To this end,this article mainly studies the college students entrepreneurship quality status and its influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality of college students.Taking Chang-Zhu-Tan as an example,selected three areas of college students as the object of investigation in this paper.First of all,the article first defines the three core concepts of public ownership,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial quality by combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis,which provides the basis for the research.Secondly,through analyzing the entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial ability of college students in Chang-Zhu-Tan by using SPSS software,found that most people do not think they already have the basic entrepreneurial quality.Through the access to information,the paper analyzes the status of the entrepreneurial quality of college students in Chang-Zhu-Tan,and finds out that the rapid economic development of Chang-Zhu-Tan,the rich entrepreneurial policy and the perfect entrepreneurial platform,which can effectively promote college students' entrepreneurship,but the existence of the problem is the lack of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial funds and entrepreneurial service.Then,using AMOS to construct the structural equation model.This paper divides the influencing factors of entrepreneurial quality into three dimensions:entrepreneurial environment,social capital and psychological capital.The entrepreneurial environment includes four dimensions:entrepreneurial policy,financial service,entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial atmosphere.Social capital includes two dimensions:network resources and peer groups.Psychological capital includes three dimensions self-efficacy,optimism and toughness.After verification,we found that nigh factors all play a positive effect on farmers' entrepreneurship qualities.Finally,according to the analysis of the status and the results of empirical research,this paper proposes to improve the quality of college students through the establishment of the foundation platform of college students' entrepreneurial foundation,the network practice platform and the construction of the incubator space.
