Research On Influencing Factors And Promoting Strategies Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Quality Of Engineering College Students

With the emergence of a new round of industrial technological revolution in the global scope,countries in the world are facing the challenges and opportunities of industrial transformation and upgrading one after another.In order to realize the industrial transformation and upgrading,China has initiated "the new industrialized country construction strategy","the innovative national construction strategy","the Chinese made 2025 strategy" and so on.Strive to occupy the commanding point of the world market value chain in the new economic order in the future.In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading,talent and innovation are two important factors.This also puts forward better requirements for higher engineering education.Cultivating outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents to serve the national strategy It is of great significance to meet the needs of enterprises and meet the needs of industry.China has a huge reserve of engineering talents,but the quality of engineering talents in China,However,there is a significant gap between the quality and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship compared with the engineering talents in the developed countries in the world.Therefore,how to turn the advantage of human resources in quantity into the advantage of quality,It is very important to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of engineering college students in our country.This paper takes the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of undergraduate engineering college students as the research object,through the investigation of the individual of the engineering college students,analyzes the constituent elements and the influencing factors of the innovative entrepreneurial quality of the engineering college students.Then,by analyzing the possible factors of innovative entrepreneurial quality,the paper analyzes the influence of possible factors on the components of innovative entrepreneurial quality.Based on this,we find out the effective strategies to improve the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of engineering college students.There are five main parts in this paper: the first part is the introduction,the second part is the definition of the core concepts and the summary of relevant theories.The third part is the questionnaire.The fourth part is the relationship between the elements of innovation and entrepreneurial quality and the influencing factors The fifth part is the strategy of promoting the innovative entrepreneurial quality of engineering college students.Through factor analysis,it is found that the innovative entrepreneurial quality of engineering college students is composed of three elements: innovative entrepreneurial knowledge,innovative entrepreneurial ability and innovative entrepreneurial spirit.The possible influencing factors include students' accomplishment,management system,teachers' strength,practice platform and social environment.Through multiple linear regression analysis,The results show that not all the influencing factors directly affect the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of engineering college students,among which students' literacy,teachers' strength and management system are the most significant ones.On the basis of this research,the author puts forward some aspects of the quality constitution,such as innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge of engineering college students,which indirectly affect the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of engineering students.Integration of practical resources to create a good social environment to promote the strategy.
