In the research,I did investigation on teachers and Folk musicians in Xiushan middle school.Analyzing the existing problems of Folk band,summarize the existing experience,propose solutions to function mechanism.All these things I did are willing to help teachers and students understand these activities easier.When they understand what the folk band is.I wish they would actively participate in the orchestra rehearsal,improve skills and comprehensive quality in the rehearsal,to further promote the realization of other goals of folk music activities,Improving the quality and efficiency of folk music activities in middle schools.My article is divided into five parts.Before the main body is introduction.It describes the origin of this study,significance,methods and research status at home and abroad;In the first part,I briefly introduce the process of the formation of the folk music orchestra through the investigation.The second part introduces the basic mechanism of the operation of Folk band.In the third part,I discuss the attitude and enthusiasm of the students and their parents about the students' participation in the Folk band.In the fourth part,through the interview with the teachers,we can understand the teacher's evaluation of the rehearsal mechanism,the school support and the development of the Folk band.In the last part,I try to put forward solutions,such as establishing and perfecting rules and regulations,take corresponding measures,improve teacher training,strengthen students' enthusiasm,improve the social influence,in order to provide reference for the future development of Xiushan middle school orchestra even though other people in primary and middle school orchestra.
