In the middle school music teaching, whether it is "new curriculum standard" of teaching design, and the implementation of the music teaching goal, there are different degrees of neglect local music, or cannot make efficient use of resource utilization of uygur, kazak folk songs regional problems, "the national youth will not sing a complete folk song" become a common phenomenon. Ever known as the hometown of song and dance in xinjiang, in the multi-ethnic populated region of xinjiang, uygur, kazak occupies very important position. Now, in a large amount of learning western music today, people in their own land in xinjiang are singing folk songs to others. How the folk songs in the music classroom teaching rationalization use? The article to research analysis.In this paper, from the teaching preparation, class teaching situation before class,after class teaching interview, questionnaire, etc to urumqi nearly thirty middle school music classroom teaching, and comparative analysis of the current situation of teaching practice in the data, in order to better effective use in the folk songs in music teaching.More important is through to the part of urumqi middle school the research results show that the uygur, kazak folk songs in the process of the use of music teaching, indeed there are some problems. Students’ identity and in music class needs to master is not enough, and music teacher in setting the teaching objectives are accurate and the contents of the choice whether to identify teaching materials,reasonable consideration of the lack of such teaching to teaching and to pass on the xinjiang folk song, thinking and Suggestions. Strive to make the middle school music teaching in recognition, protection, inheritance and development; And try to music teaching combined with the practice of the new curriculum reform in the music, so that the new combined with the practice of dharma, and effective during the operation process, make scientific transition to the new law and the old teaching methods and integration has theoretical and practical significance.
