In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the development of arts and music education in primary and secondary schools.All kinds of new documents have also been directed at the reform and innovation of school art education.In particular,it has spared no effort in promoting quality education and inheriting traditional culture.Moreover,many types of documents and national policies have repeatedly stressed the necessity and importance of school art education for students' growth,and attached great importance to the development of music activities in school art education through the innovation of activity contents.As an important part of school art activities,folk orchestra not only serves as an important function for providing quality education and inheriting traditional music culture,but also plays an important role in the promotion of school music education and teaching,the cultivation of teachers' teaching ability,and the improvement of students' musical literacy,effect.This article takes the most representative and exemplary folk music orchestra of the High School Affiliated to Hunan Normal University in Changsha primary and secondary schools in Hunan as the research object.Through literature analysis method,action research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,etc.The subject composition and role of the university-affiliated middle school folk orchestra were studied,and the viewpoints and inspirations were extracted from it.This summed up the conclusions of the Hunan Normal University's affiliated middle school folk orchestra and the use of reference for the construction of other middle school folk orchestras.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part of the first chapter mainly elaborates the origin of the research,current research status,research significance,research ideas and methods.The second chapter first sorts out and analyzes the development and evolution of the Hunan Normal University Folk Orchestra,and traces the history of the orchestra of Hunan Normal University by tracing the history of the formation of the Hunan Normal University Folk Orchestra;secondly,from the attendance system,rehearsal discipline,Activities such as activity arrangements,orchestra systems,and other aspects of the orchestra's operating mechanism are studied to find the internal reasons for its success.Third,from the perspective of school administrators,the orchestra conducts analysis and research to find the fundamental motivation for the successful establishment of the orchestra;Finally,from the perspective of the composition of folk orchestras—teachers in folk orchestras,members of folk orchestras,and parents behind folk orchestras—their interactions with folk orchestras and the relationship between them and the folk orchestras are fully analyzed.Composition.The third part mainly studies the value significance of the folk orchestra,and explores the unique value of the Hunan Normal University Fengzhong Folk Orchestra from the macro,meso,and micro perspectives.The fourth part stands at the commanding heights of the problem.Starting from the integrity of the folk orchestra,it shows the enlightenment of the research of the Hunan Normal University Folk Orchestra and its reference to other schools.
