Since the reform and opening up,the development of modern social work became more vigorous.In Guangdong,especially Guangzhou and Shenzhen,social work has become a regional representatives,because of the fastest,the most mature model of social work in china,but even so,in the field of social work,the gap is still quite obvious compared to the developed countries or regions phase ratio.In recent years,In recent years,the rapid development of social work has also exposed the problems in some industries,which taking the job evaluation as the representative,institution absence and lack of experience reflects the social work in China in the process of the development of professional social work services is far from enough,social worker's management also is not standard and so on.So,at present,social institutions carry out scientific and efficient job evaluation is imperative.Job evaluation is refers through relatively comprehensive evaluation indexes system and system evaluation method of determine every job in the organization structure and the status and role,determine the process of every job and position relative value and contribution of.Job evaluation as a measure of social workers to carry out the work of the service and a consideration of the standard in their professional quality,can reflect the social worker's professional level,improve the professional quality of social workers,but also to strengthen the management of social work.Therefore,it is not only the internal institutional arrangement of social institutions,is the need to carry out the practice of social work service.The author got the social institutions of Shenzhen city as the research subject,in the L social service center,through participant observation and data analysis,can understand the internal L social institutions developed job evaluation system in detail,the assistant staff and social workers,front-line service personnel and management personnel could get about the evaluation factors set,even so,is not standard enough,the specific details are not in place.Overall,L social institutions job evaluation system,slightly less than the initial operational needs to be strengthened in logic.To a certain extent,the study of L social institutions in Shenzhen City,can also reflect the current national range for lack of social work evaluation system and practice.This research mainly uses the participation type observation in the method.First,through participant observation can not only in-depth understanding of the L social institutions,such as the background,current situation and job evaluation situation,and able to participate in the internal organization of job evaluation,access to a large number of the current first hand data,provide the data basis for the writing;secondly,through the introduction of job evaluation of L social institutions analysis,combined with literature research,exploring job evaluation general model in the current social institutions to,and ultimately to promote the introduction of the specification of the job evaluation system,further promoting the development of social work and social work will as an important support for the a socialist harmonious society's building.
