| Government purchasing service is one of the main means of government governance.It mostly purchases social work service in the form of project system.There are many problems and deficiencies in the development of social work service project practice.In order to objectively evaluate the service quality,management process,output and social benefits of social work service project,and promote the reform of the project itself Then,the research on social work service project is carried out.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of municipal social work service projects in D District of C City from 2017 to 2018 finds that there are some problems in the current evaluation of social work service projects,such as the lack of scientific indicators,the strong tendency of managerialism,the rush of evaluation time and the neglect of process evaluation,the insufficient use of evaluation results,and the lack of social work evaluation professionals.The main reasons are that the government buyers,evaluators and undertakers are not aware of the project evaluation,the relevant system is not perfect,the management tendency is too heavy,and the lack of social work evaluation culture.Therefore,it is proposed to enhance the understanding of buyers,evaluators and undertakers of social work evaluation;Establish and improve the evaluation system,which includes increasing the investment of evaluation funds,running through the overall project evaluation process with project logic,optimizing the evaluation index,weakening the administrative management,enhancing the independence of the evaluator,and establishing an effective evaluation result application system;To promote the development of social work service project evaluation,we should constantly enhance the appeal of social work evaluation education culture,further explore the local social work evaluation culture from the perspective of theory and practice,and use modern media capabilities to strengthen the publicity of social work evaluation. |
