University student associations refer to the mass organizations formed by students of colleges and universities on the basis of spontaneous voluntariness, with equal and democratic participation, and in accordance with certain rules and regulations in order to satisfy personal interests and hobbies and realize self-worth.Student club activities break the boundaries between schools, grades, and specialties.Student club members independently carry out a variety of activities that are conducive to enhancing their overall quality and growth and progress. With the further deepening of higher education and the advent of the information age,the thinking logic, learning methods and social scope of college students are very different from the past, and college student associations have also undergone tremendous changes, showing a distinctive personality and a wide variety,New forms and other new features. In this situation, the traditional college community management model has been unable to meet the needs of the development of associations in the new era,it is necessary to carry out research on college community management model.Throughout the historical evolution of the management model of college student associations in my country,it is our successful experience to adhere to the leadership of the party committee, the coordination of the Youth League, the integration of ideological and political education and the implementation of a hierarchical system, but there are still many areas for improvement.Through the use of a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, and based on the theory of collaborative governance, this paper believes that the current model of college student club management still has the following problems: the organization structure of club management is seriously bureaucratic;the rigidity of club management system has obvious characteristics; The cooperative interaction mechanism between the main bodies of community management is lacking. These problems have seriously affected the effective functioning of student organizations, and it is extremely urgent to optimize the management mode of college student organizations. The main causes of the above problems include: the inertial constraints of traditional management concepts and the absence of collaborative governance concepts;the organizational structure of clubs is affected by the administration of school management;the utilitarianization of students 'motivation to participate in clubs and the strong sense of the backbone of club officials;the management of student clubs The mechanism is blocked in terms of power, responsibility, supervision and information.Based on the above reasons,to optimize the management model of college student associations,it is necessary to establish a collaborative governance concept, build a system of smooth, interactive and equal consultation governance, communication and participation governance, and improve the internal and external cooperative governance mechanism of the association.
