| Since the beginning of the 21st century,the State Council and the Ministry of Education have issued policy documents one after another,and vocational education groups,which emerged from the private sector,have gradually been recognized by the government.In the past two decades,driven by the government and society,various vocational education groups have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain,among which the number of government-led or government-driven vocational education groups has increased exponentially.In the construction tide of vocational education groups,vocational colleges and enterprises have become the main roles in running schools of vocational education groups,as well as the main undertakers and beneficiaries of running schools.As the real undertaker of vocational education at the county level,secondary vocational schools are in a relatively inferior position in the vocational education group due to the limitations of school scale and social and cultural factors.In the county region,secondary vocational schools shoulder multiple tasks such as vocational education and continuing education.How to make secondary vocational schools take the"ship"of vocational education collectivization,and how to solve the problem of restricting the development of secondary vocational schools in the county region by taking the advantage of the national promotion and construction of vocational education groups is a question worth discussing.In C city P county as a case,this paper using the method of questionnaire and literature to P county secondary vocational schools to participate in the relevant work of vocational education group and the cooperation mechanism of vocational education group investigation and study,this paper P county secondary vocational schools to participate in the driver of the vocational education group and the specific practice,the inductive P county secondary vocational schools to participate in the organization structure of the vocational education group and the mechanism in the process of cooperation.At the same time,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the operation process of the cooperation mechanism of vocational education group,and puts forward the corresponding optimization path,hoping to provide some enlightenment for other counties in China to participate in vocational education group. |
