| In recent years,a kind of physical training method originated from ancient India,yoga,is quietly rising in Colleges and universities.Reasonable yoga curriculum design can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of students,improve bad posture,but also enrich the campus sports culture.Yoga is not only a sport,but also a healthy way of life,help students develop the habit of physical exercise.However,previous studies have revealed that yoga is not a long time to enter the classroom,there are many problems in the implementation process,the lack of targeted curriculum design and evaluation of the implementation effect.In this regard,based on a comprehensive survey of Offering Yoga course in Colleges and universities on the design and implementation of yoga curriculum,through qualitative analysis and quantitative results verify the rationality and feasibility of the curriculum design,research development to promote the reform of university physical education has certain research significance and practical value.The research on the public sports Yoga elective course design and implementation of university students in Xiamen as the research object,to the curriculum design theory as the foundation,make full use of the research methods of investigation,literature and so on Xiamen University Yoga course conducted field research on the.Through the investigation to summarize the public sports yoga curriculum design options for current college students in Xiamen city and the status of the implementation of student course selection,curriculum design,curriculum implementation and teaching equipment and the existing problems,problem based learning style,combined with the theory of Taylor’s theory,target behavior pattern,Wilbur,completes the design of Yoga elective course in Xiamen Institute of technology,combined with the teaching methods and evaluation methods proposed by practice and investigation of the summary,evaluation and reflection,to find the problems in teaching practice.The results of qualitative and quantitative analysis through educational action research shows that the design and implementation of yoga curriculum teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching method is feasible,in Colleges and universities to carry out yoga classes,can improve the physical quality of students.Yoga course can cultivate the habit of lifelong physical training,and to promote the rich content of physical education. |
