With the continuous improvement of the family income level in China,parents pay more and more attention to children's education and family education expenditure also increases significantly.In the context of our country's examination-oriented education,most parents are looking for extracurricular tutoring services to improve the performance of their children's test subjects,so that they can achieve excellent results in the college entrance examination and enter an ideal school.It is in this context that the market for extracurricular tutoring training has become more and more popular,with a number of well-known national and a large number of regional training institutions.Competition in the extracurricular tutoring and training industry is fierce.Various education and training institutions are constantly exploring and trying to achieve a place in the market and achieve high profits.This article takes the student's extracurricular tutoring institution A education consulting company in Nanchang as a real research case to study how to make a difference in its marketing strategy in the current fierce market competition environment,and then to give full play to its advantages in the extracurricular tutoring and training market.This article first sorts out and summarizes domestic and foreign research literature,systematically studies the guiding theories(differentiated marketing theory,STP theory)and analytical tools studied in this paper.On this basis,this article analyzes the marketing environment of A educational consultants company,The situation,competitive environment,internal and external advantages and disadvantages of the company had a clear understanding,and at the same time,a diagnosis was made for the marketing of A educational consultants company.Subsequently,this article relies on the STP marketing theory guidance method to deeply analyze the market segmentation,target market and market positioning of A educational consultants company,which lays the foundation for the development of A educational consultants company's marketing strategy.Finally,based on the marketing diagnosis results,the education consulting company's differentiated marketing strategy was formulated from the perspective of products,services,channels,and personnel.It also put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the differentiated marketing strategy of A educational consultants company: providing resource allocation support and construction Adapt to the differential marketing strategy of the human remuneration and incentive system,strengthen the training of marketing personnel,strengthen the innovation culture and service culture construction.This study not only helps A educational consultants company develop and implement a differentiated marketing strategy,gives full play toits competitive advantages,and achieves corporate strategic goals.It can also provide important experience and inspiration for other tutoring organizations for differentiated marketing.
