With the rapid development and reform of social and economic models,the pace of updating of knowledge and technology is accelerating,and society's requirements a for talents are rapidly changing.In this process,college teachers play.a crucial role in undertaking technological innovations.The important task of cultivating innovative talents has also been related to the higher management and assessment requirements for university teachers.The innovation and reform of the education system put higher requirements on the work of university teachers and brought greater challenges.As one of the high-risk groups of job burnout,college teachers are becoming the main concern in the field of job burnout.Therefore,this study attempts to study occupational burnout as an antecedent variable to study the influence of job burnout on college teachers' job burnout,and introduce the organizational identity as a moderator to study its mechanism of action,in order to seek ways to improve the performance of university teachers through empirical research..Based on previous studies,a measurement scale suitable for each variable was selected and a questionnaire was designed.SPSS statistical analysis tool was used to analyze the relationship among job burnout,organizational identity and job performance.Based on Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis,this study verified the relationship between university teachers' job burnout and job performance.Job burnout also has a certain influence on organizational identification,and organizational recognition also has a certain predictive effect on the work performance of employees.It also finds that organizational recognition has a certain regulatory effect on university teachers' job burnout and job performance.According to the empirical research results,this study puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the performance of university teachers:(1)Pay attention to the job burnout of college teachers from various aspects.Build a democratic and active organizational atmosphere,improve the performance evaluation mechanism,and pay attention to the personal development and mental health of college teachers.Education management departments should improve relevant policies and provide multi-channels to college teachers to provide psychological crisis intervention and psychological counseling services.(2)Good at using organization sense of identity to prevent college teachers from job burnout and promote job performance.Establish sufficient trust between college teachers,schools and organizations,commit to improving the overall reputation of the school,improving the economic status of teachers,considering appointment based on their own advantages and personal wishes,allowing university teachers to fully participate in the organization and management of schools.
