The Research On Development And Training Mechanism Of Baseball Students In The Colleges Of Beijins

In order to further understand the baseball capital of colleges and universities to carry out this research,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to research the baseball capital of the University School Status and training of athletes,the results show that:1.Baseball games in the capital colleges and universities have been developed earlier,so far,there are 21 colleges and universities in which baseball has been carried out.But only the North China University of Technology and Beijing Sport University have a high level baseball team,and the rest of the colleges are all amateur baseball teams.And the number of students in Colleges and universities engaged in baseball is limited,and the popularity of baseball in Colleges and universities is not wide enough.2.Capital universities baseball team consists of 27 coaches training and competition guidance,overall cultural level of coaches in college,all coaches were male,young coaches accounted for the vast majority,of which 77.8% of the coaches without qualification certificate,the whole team coaches coaching experience is obviously insufficient.Only 5 baseball games have good colleges and universities have full-time baseball coaches,and the rest are part-time coaches.3.Major baseball teams in most capital colleges and universities can be trained normally.However,there are still 33.3% of the number of athletes in Colleges and universities,which affect the development of training.High level athletes in college baseball teams in the capital less,which North China University of Technology and Beijing Sport University baseball team athletes as a special and specific sports students,special ability is most prominent.Other college baseball players are all school students,and the special ability is relatively poor.4.Colleges and universities in the capital to carry out baseball have 19 Baseball Clubs,and the major members of all college baseball clubs are male.There are obvious differences in the number of baseball associations in Colleges and universities.The number of baseball club members with better ground conditions and higher baseball level is relatively more.5.Of the capital universities,only 1 of the Beijing Sport University have set up the course of baseball and training courses to train professional talents in baseball training.In another 16 colleges and universities,baseball elective courses are offered,including basic baseball skills and tactics and basic Baseball Rules.The baseball special courses of Beijing Sport University are set up and the school time is arranged reasonably,the special practice ability is highlighted,and the comprehensive development of comprehensive ability is taken into consideration.6.North China University of Technology and Beijing Sport University on the baseball team in the athletes in the training process,cultural learning and sports training curriculum is reasonable,cultural learning and school management has certain preferential policies.Other college baseball players are ordinary students in school,and there is no policy.In training,the North China University of Technology and Beijing Sport University baseball team were reasonably arranged and managed strictly,and the quality of the training was high.The other colleges and universities are influenced by the time of the course and the leisure time of the students.The training rate can not be guaranteed,and the training effect is relatively general.
