| With the continuous development of modern technology,the demand for highquality and highly skilled talents in society is increasing.As the "cradle" of skilled personnel training,the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools is crucial.PDCA cycle theory,as a quality management method in management,is also used in secondary vocational education to feedback and correct teaching problems through four stages: plan(P),do(D),check(C),and act(A).The purpose of this study is to optimize the teaching mode and improve the teaching quality of the practical training course "Fundamentals and Skills of Electronic Technology" in secondary vocational schools through the integration of PDCA cycle theory.Based on the PDCA cycle theory,this study conducted practical research in the practical teaching of "Fundamentals and Skills of Electronic Technology" in secondary vocational schools.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A questionnaire survey and teacher interviews were conducted in a secondary vocational school in J City for the course "Fundamentals and Skills of Electronic Technology".The problems encountered in the teaching process were identified,mainly in three aspects:insufficient interest and motivation of students,low participation in the classroom,and weak abilities of students.The countermeasure is to solve the problem by enriching teaching content,increasing classroom feedback,and diversifying teaching strategies,and to analyze the feasibility of integrating PDCA cycle theory.(2)A "threedimensional circulation" teaching model incorporating solutions has been constructed,deeply implement the concept of PDCA cycle from three dimensions: circulation in class,post class cycle,and teacher recessive cycle.In the circulation in class,four types of monitoring points are set up for classroom monitoring: knowledge monitoring points,skill monitoring points,time monitoring points,and task monitoring points,and different strategies are used to correct feedback in the classroom.In the post class cycle,collect monitoring information based on the monitoring key points table and the student assessment and evaluation table,analyze and formulate countermeasures,and then apply them to the next class.In the teacher recessive cycle,teachers need to make self feedback adjustments based on their own monitoring points to help the next teaching process from the implicit perspective.(3)Based on the recent development zone theory,empirical learning circle theory,and humanistic learning theory,the practical teaching practice of "Fundamentals and Skills of Electronic Technology" based on the "threedimensional cycle" teaching model is launched.At the end of the term,collect various data from the experimental class and the control class,and use experimental methods to compare and analyze the teaching effect.The final result shows that the experimental class students are superior to the control class students in terms of learning interest and motivation,classroom participation,and the ability to combine theory with practice.Through the integration of PDCA cycle theory,this study applies the core idea of feedback correction to the entire teaching practice,effectively monitoring the teaching implementation process,improving teaching quality,cultivating more excellent skilled talents,and providing new ideas for subsequent practical research. |
