Research On The Evaluation Of Educational Informatization In YG Applied Universities

Nowadays,information technology changes rapidly.With the rise of information technology characterized by digitization,networking and intelligence,it has become a national strategy in China.Since higher education informatization is an important part of national informatization,its construction and development level has received much attention.In order to guide the healthy and orderly development of educational information construction,the educational authorities at all levels have formulated the educational information policy and adopted a series of actions.However,due to the imbalance of economic development in China,the development level and the demands of information in different provinces and cities are quite different and the demands of information in Various types of colleges and universities are also different.Applied universities have their own unique demands on information construction.How to evaluate and guide the information construction in universities is of great practical significance.Based on the summary of the research achievements of the university informatization evaluation in the academic circles,this research drafts the description of Fujian province higher education information evaluation index system and evaluation index standard,starting from the current situation and problems of the development of educational informatization in applied universities in Fujian,and combining with the author's experience in this area.After the usage of the multiple questionnaires and interviews on the evaluation index and the standard description by Delphi Method organizing experts,we determine the framework of evaluation index.Then,the expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Finally,the evaluation index system of educational informatization in the applied universities in Fujian was constructed.By the evaluation index system,we carried out a research of informatization evaluation on the YG college,an applied university in Fujian,and evaluated its superior and weak links.Besides,we put forward strategies and suggestions on the construction of infrastructure,education and scientific research information,data sharing,information services and information security and guided the informatization construction of YG college in pragmatic direction.At the same time,we also put forward five aspects of reference opinions on the application of informatization construction in applied universities in Fujian,including reasonable positioning and appropriate planning,solid foundation and deepening application,relying on the platform and innovative service,resource sharing service,transformation of ideas and emphasis of protection.This was the first time for this research to put forward the informatization evaluation of applied universities and it was also the first time to put forward the suggestion of promoting informationization construction in applied universities from non-information construction perspectivethe,such as government policy consistency,college orientation,college strategies,social benefits.And the relevant index was discussed and applied.
