It is an important goal in the 13 th Five-Year Plan of the development of education in China to push our country into a powerful country of human resources and a powerful country with talent in an all-round way,and rural education is an important foundation to realize this goal.In recent years,in order to support rural education,the country has invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,nine-year compulsory education has been fully popularized,the situation of educational resources in rural schools has been greatly improved,and the opportunity for students to receive higher education has obviously increased.However,under the good development momentum,the phenomenon of rural students' weariness of learning is quite common,especially in the underdeveloped rural areas of the central and western regions,because of the limited educational and teaching resources,they are basically in accordance with the "one".Under the two major tasks of "student safety" and "teaching achievement",most boarding junior middle schools have implemented strict closed management and excessive learning arrangements.This special learning and living environment has caused students to be particularly tired of learning,and the trend is on the rise.Students have changed from "not studying" to "not wanting to".It has become a major problem that puzzles the development of education in rural areas.Based on the domestic and foreign studies on students' weariness,the present situation and behavior of middle school students in H Town of Gansu Province are investigated by quantitative and qualitative research.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the causes of students' weariness from three aspects: students,teachers and schools.At the student level,it is found that students' lack of knowledge and self-identity are the main reasons for students' weariness of learning,and teachers' professional weariness and poor image of teachers are the main reasons for students' weariness of learning.At the school level,the school Too tight management and lack of psychological education are the main reasons for students' weariness.Based on the analysis of the causes of students' weariness of learning,comparing the traditional methods of solving the problem of weariness of learning,according to the professional value concept of social work,Methods the necessity and advantage of social work intervention in rural boarding junior high school students' weariness were analyzed,and the strategies of social work intervention were established.The practical application of social work intervention strategy is explored and the process and effect of social work intervention strategy applied in practice are evaluated and introspected.The preliminary conclusion of this study is that the intervention strategy of social work has achieved certain results in solving the problem of weariness of students in rural boarding junior high school.Through the practical application of social work intervention strategy,thenumber of middle school students who are tired of learning has dropped from 63% to 46.3%,which has dropped 13.7%,and the situation of weariness has changed to a certain extent.On the basis of this,the author summarized and pondered the strategy study of social work intervention in rural boarding junior middle school students' weariness,and discussed the sustainability of social work intervention.In order to provide an effective society for solving the problem of students' weariness in rural boarding junior middle school in the future.Work involved in practical strategies and experience.
