With the development of the era,volleyball has been progress,volleyball rules and technology has been perfect.At the same time,the volleyball game is becoming more and more fierce competition,the field is also more complex.Today's high level of volleyball competition,the accelerating rhythm and tactical arrangement is complex and changeable,prompting more intense confrontation in the process of volleyball.Fierce confrontation requires volleyball players have higher levels of competitive ability,in addition to the requires athletes to have higher levels of skill,tactics ability,mental ability and the ability of knowledge,also on the athletes' special speed,special forces and related physical quality put forward higher request,require according to the pitch change constantly adjust at any time,and according to the field of fast moving at any time.Focusing on the problem,this paper tries to adopt several methods to resistance training improve the volleyball athlete's special movement speed,through the special movement speed can reflect volleyball players screening,testing,and record the relevant indicators,to deal with the data analysis.And make scientific training plan for the process of training of volleyball players quantitative intervention,monitoring and analysis,provide a reference for volleyball athlete's special movement speed training.In this paper,literature,experiment and mathematical statistics are used to explore the effect of anti-resistance training on the special movement speed of volleyball players.In this paper,12 members of the female volleyball team of education college of Beijing sports university were studied and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the target score of the special mobile speed test.The data were processed before the experiment,and the test group and control group showed no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.On this basis,anti-resistance training was applied to the experimental group,and the control group adopted traditional training.After eight weeks of training,the relevant indexes were tested again and the scores were recorded.Finally,the results of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed with SPSS in the group and in the group.Results: after eight weeks of training,the test scores of the athletes in the experimental group and the control group were improved to varying degrees.Although the performance of the control group was improved,the improvement was not very obvious compared with the experimental group.The test results of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed and the difference of p<0.05 was found.Conclusion:(1)resistance training plays a significant role in improving the speed of special movement of volleyball players.(2)the traditional training for volleyball athlete's special movement speed has improved to a certain extent,but resistance training in the experimental group athletes in each test indicators reflect the special movement speed increase performance of athletes is greater than the control group.It is proved that the traditional training has a small increase in the speed of special movement of volleyball players,which further illustrates that resistance training can effectively develop the special movement speed of volleyball players.This article through to the volleyball athlete's special movement speed on the important role of the use of the technology and tactics,etc,and the study of a large number of resistance training method,in-depth study the characteristics of volleyball sports,develop a set of special movement speed of resistance development of volleyball players training method and enrich the resistance training method system,as well as coaches when organizing training activities to provide certain reference value.
