Tennis is a sport with aerobic and anaerobic fast and slow rhythm.Players need to decide the preparation time according to the speed,Angle,strength and rotation of the opponent’s shot during the confrontation,which requires players to have the speed ability to move quickly in all directions and change direction quickly in the emergency stop and turn.Due to the unique characteristics of modern tennis,Therefore,athletes should fully reflect their special characteristics in speed training.Tennis players aged 10-12 years old are in a critical period of speed quality development.This paper aims to study how to follow the specificity of youth physical and mental development,combined with the characteristics of modern tennis projects,design a scientific,reasonable and efficient tennis special speed training program,and then verify the specific effect of the program applied in practice through experiments.In this paper,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,24 10-12 years old campus tennis team players were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the tennis speed training program optimized by myself,and the control group adopted the regular tennis speed quality training program.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,The experimental group and the control group were respectively tested the special speed index of tennis.Research results:(1)The improvement of 10-meter and 20-meter test scores of the control group before and after the experiment was better than that of the experimental group;Sprint running before left turn,sprint running after right turn,spider running and 45-second fore-and-backhand swing were related to the performance of the tennis special speed evaluation index test.The experimental group and the control group had improved before and after the experiment,but the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and both were significant(P < 0.05).(2)According to the tennis technology evaluation index,the baseline hitting depth and accuracy test scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved before and after the experiment,but the scores of the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment,and were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)According to the questionnaire of athletes,after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference in the training situation interest survey results except for the exploratory dimension(P >0.05),the other five dimensions of pleasure,novelty,challenge,attention and general interest had significant differences(P < 0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Regular pace training has a certain effect on improving the movement speed of tennis players in a single direction,but an optimized tennis specific speed training plan can comprehensively improve the athletes’ starting speed,acceleration ability,multi-directional change of direction ability,and hitting speed.(2)The optimized combination of training methods can effectively complement each other,playing an important role in maintaining athletes’ trunk balance,power chain stability,and multi-directional coordination during hitting,promoting the overall improvement of athletes’ tennis skills.(3)The optimized tennis special speed training program is in line with the basic law of physical and mental development of 10-12 years old,and can improve the overall interest of young tennis players in training in multiple dimensions.(4)In this paper,the mathematical method is adopted to select and establish the training means,which can make the quantitative relationship between the training means and the special speed structure elements more accurately,so as to optimize the combination of the selected training means and apply it to practice,which can improve the special speed level of young tennis players more effectively,more comprehensively and more systematically.
