As a popular sport,basketball has become a popular and popular sport among students,and it has become a major sport in every high school.Survey found that the current schools generally used in classroom teaching as the main way of regular basketball teaching,show the content module problem,the pertinence is not strong,lack of class inside and outside contact,lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism,potentially weakening the basketball training quality and efficiency.As an important teaching method,micro-course teaching has been widely used in physical education,and its effect in basketball teaching needs to be further verified.Based on this,the article take "the high school basketball micro teaching experimental research",by the methods of literature review,interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,the lesson during briefly discusses the concept and basic features,on the basis of in view of the experimental class students to construct a systematic set of micro teaching plan and teaching activities for 3 months,then the experimental classes and that in comparative classes basketball dribbling,passing,layup,four basic shooting skills were tested and the comparative analysis,to verify that the micro teaching effect.The article mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The microcourse aims at elaborating specific knowledge points or teaching links,carefully designing short videos and supporting teaching resources to create a targeted teaching atmosphere,while teaching activities show the characteristics of thematic orientation and brevity,concise content and variety of forms,complementary enrichment and situational reality.2 is high school basketball microteaching in dribble,pass,basket,shooting four basic action training quality and efficiency show outstanding results,thus fully verified the microteaching method in high school basketball training important application value.3.The advantage of high school basketball micro-class teaching is in innovating teaching mode,stimulating students 'training interest,realizing combination teaching,improving the quality of students' training;The disadvantage is that the quality of physical education teachers is higher and the workload of physical education teachers is increased.In view of the situation of junior high school basketball microteaching,the article suggests that every school should encourage some excellent physical education teachers to try microteaching activities,gradually construct a mature teaching model,form a rich teaching experience,and then popularize and popularize it,thus improving the standardization and effectiveness of microteaching.Schools should pay more attention to the training of physical education teachers,stimulate their awareness of the responsibility of physical education teaching,deepen their understanding of the teaching mode of microteaching,improve their media literacy,enhance their topic guidance and control ability,and lay a foundation for the successful implementation of microteaching.On the one hand,the school should provide certain workload subsidy for the sports teachers who carry out the work of microteaching,on the other hand,it should give certain material and spiritual rewards according to the quality and efficiency of teaching,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of the teachers to carry out the work of microteaching.
