With the in-depth development of the reform of Shanghai's sportsspecialization curriculum,special courses for various projects are in full swing.Among them,more and more students choose basketball as their own specialcurriculum.However,according to the survey,many high school specializationschools are conducting In the basketball special course,the teaching was not fullyconducted in accordance with the "Syllabus for High School Physical EducationSpecialized Course-Basketball",especially the special physical fitness teachinglink.The specific performance is as follows: there is no special physical fitnesspractice,the special physical fitness practice means is single,and generalphysical fitness is used instead.Specific fitness exercises and so on.As the basisof basketball,physical fitness plays a vital role in improving students' motorskills and athletic ability.However,teachers and students often pay moreattention to the practice of basketball skills and the teaching of basic cooperation,while ignoring the importance of physical fitness teaching..Professor Ji Liuemphasized in the "Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model" thateach physical education class in elementary and high schools should have about10 minutes of physical training time,and that the exercise intensity must meetcertain heart rate requirements.In this context,this study takes “High SchoolPhysical Education Specialized Course Outline—Basketball” as the core,andconducts physical fitness and general physical fitness in the physical fitnesspractice part of the basketball special curriculum.Through comparative research,it is verified that the special physical fitness exercise specializes in high schoolbasketball.Influence of teaching effect.This research adopted research methods such as literature data method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,questionnaire surveymethod,and experimental method.First,use China How Net and the library ofShanghai Normal University to access a large amount of literature,readexperimental research and relevant guidance suggestions on physical fitnesstraining in basketball courses,and relevant research on sports specialization athome and abroad,and sort them effectively.In the Shanghai No.2 Middle School(hereinafter referred to as: the No.2 Middle School)basketball special class,60classes(30 in each group)of two classes(a control group and an experimentalgroup)were selected as experimental subjects for 16 weeks of teachingexperiment.Before the experiment,the relevant indicators of the two groups ofstudents were tested and analyzed.The teaching experiment of "special fitnessexercises" was conducted without significant differences between the two groups.The basic teaching content and progress of the students in the two groups are thesame,except that in the physical exercise part,the control group uses generalphysical exercises,and the experimental group uses special physical exercises forteaching.After analyzing and comparing the experimental data,and the gapbetween the two groups of students in the aspect of physical self-esteem after theexperiment,the data are summarized to draw the following conclusions:1.Three times a week in basketball special classes,15 minutes,15 minutes,and 20 minutes of physical fitness exercises are arranged in turn.After 16 weeksof practice,students' basketball special skills,specific physical fitness,andgeneral physical fitness have been improved to varying degrees.The changes inspecial physical fitness and special technology are particularly significant,showing that strengthening special physical exercises in basketball teaching caneffectively improve the teaching effect.2.The physical fitness practice method selected according to the "HighSchool Sports Specialized Course Outline-Basketball" can basically cover the fivephysical qualities of speed,endurance,strength,agility and flexibility,and ismore closely combined with the characteristics of basketball sports,and is moresuitable for Physical training is performed in specialized teaching.3.Compared with general physical exercises,special physical exercisespromote the balance of the students' physical self-esteem,especially in sportsskills,physical attraction,and self-worth.Prompt that special physical fitness hasa positive effect on students' psychology,students generally have a greater senseof basketball project identification,and are more willing to invest in basketballpractice.
