Traditional school education "relative to the ’closed’" is often a limiting school education that plays a positive influence on the main obstacles." Parents, who have knowledge, experience and social relations, can become the class education resources". Therefore, in order to carry out effective family-school cooperation,we should break through the traditional education "relative to the ’closed’." However,throughout the study about domestic and international influence of family-school cooperation, from regional and school macro and further level research, paid little attention to the basic unit of the family-school cooperation, the author thinks that the construction of class education community leads family-school cooperation to the depth of integration, and research on the first grade which the author teaches. Construction of class education community need to conduct research from three aspects:the first is the consensus, the community members have consistent goal of education and common education belief; the second is to establish the operating mechanism of the paradigm; the third is to implement autonomous, open and sharing. Research process encountered various problems. Through the patient communication, guide, bedding, condensed and parent interaction and cooperation gradually dynamic established unanimously approved the "Ling Ling 7" concept of educating people and training objectives, community consensus. Thereafter, shortcomings of the class committee gradually formed the " family-school to promote child’s development alliance, the formation of teachers and parents to build a community, and through the establishment of rules and regulations, implementation" to promote child’s development courses and class culture building and so on specific actions, initially formed a good community operation mechanism, effectively implementation of the autonomy, sharing and open. I brought the class is not only widely recognized by parents and superiors, but also the town’s characteristics of the class title, class education community building preliminary results. To reflect on achievements and shortcomings of the study, the author puts forward four strategies of family-school cooperation promotion: "attention" strategy, the "two oriented" strategy, "team optimization" strategy, "resources integration" strategy, hope to peer education can provide some inspiration.
