With the development of science and technology and the increasingly severe International competition,education will be the foundation of a nation,which determines its competitiveness.Both education theory and practice make us realize that the goal of education can not only be achieved by school.It is inevitable for family and society to be involved in education,as the school can not bear the whole responsibility of it.Only a complete education,which has a good environment built by society and the close cooperation between families and schools,can bring students a comprehensive,healthy and harmonious growth.Family and school should work together to avoid the weakening and resistance of their own education.What's more?With parents becoming younger and younger,how to make them participate in education,give children a better family education,and find better family-school cooperation so as to form the maximum educational power has become a problem that has to be solved.This paper combined with home school cooperation Nanchuan middle school,researching the present situation of home school cooperation,observing teachers,parents and students' attitude to home school cooperation,to find reasons of existence results are not significant and problems of cooperation between home and school.The following reasons are why home school cooperation can not progressing smoothly.1.parents who do not receive too much education don't know how to educate their kids correctly.2.Parents are busy with their careers,there is no much time to care about their kids' psychological and physical growth,leading to the growing gap between students and parents.3.Because of Heavy teaching task,teachers don't have enough time to communicate with students and parents.4.Schools not having a perfect system to promote the development of home school cooperation,teachers promoting activity according to their own situation,making the home school cooperation can't be a system.5.Students,parents,school and teachers who have a inaccurate knowledge to home school cooperation don't realise the importance of home school cooperation and it's benefits.This paper put forward some measures to solve the above problems.1.Clearing the status and tasks of parents,teachers and students in the home school cooperation2.Enhancing the awareness of parents and teachers to participate in family school cooperation3.School must have a unified system and effective organization for home school cooperation.4.carring out the parent class,the parents center and other methods,training the parents systematically,so that parents can educate their kids correctly.5.Improving the professional quality of teachers,so that parents are more willing to communicate with teachers6.Correctly guiding the students,so that students can actively participate in home school cooperation.Through investigation and research,the author hope to promote the further expansion of home school cooperation,but not just a mere formality.
