| With the continuous advancement of quality education,the Society of the new era needs students to become an autonomous learner of lifelong learning,and the tendency of time management in primary school senior year is becoming more and more important and critical.The tendency of time management is the foundation and symbol of self-study,self-management and scientific rational use of time of the senior students in primary schools.It determines the planning and adjustment of the use of time by the senior students in primary schools.Since time is a resource that can be exhausted,for senior elementary school students,the time management tendency is different,and the consequences are also different.It can not only allow senior elementary school students to reach the other side of success,but also cause individual students to cause academic delays.Through literature studies at home and abroad,we can know that time management tendency has an important influence on the growth and development of primary school students.It can not only assist primary school students to complete high-quality tasks within a certain period of time,but also cause primary school students to have academic delays to varying degrees.Students 'sense of accomplishment is reduced and accompanied by negative emotions such as anxiety,irritability,and depression.For senior primary school students,the direct result of academic delay is unsatisfactory academic performance,mood fluctuations,leading to examination anxiety,reduce self-efficacy.Although scholars at home and abroad have done many studies on time management tendencies,academic delays,and examination anxiety,they all have a single independence.There is no in-depth study on the development relationship between the above three.This study mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,etc.to investigate the three situations of primary school senior students in the fourth to sixth grades of Junfa City Primary School in Kunming City,and uses the "Youth Time Management Tendency Scale" and "Primary School Students Academic Delay Questionnaire" to summarize the results.The present situation,problems and reasons in these three aspects are compared and analyzed.Secondly,the statisticalmethods such as t-test,F test,and related analysis are used to process the data of time management tendency,academic delay,and examination anxiety of senior primary school students,and the differences in demographic variables between various variables.And the relationship between the various variables to make a rigorous analysis.Then regression analysis is used to summarize the data of time management tendency,academic delay and examination anxiety,and to analyze the impact of time management tendency on academic delay and examination anxiety.The present situation and relation of these three in the senior students of primary school are discussed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the tendency of time management and to alleviate the delay in school and avoid examination anxiety.The findings indicate that:1.Primary school children in grades 4 to 6 have a higher overall level of time management inclination,but both time use and ability need to be improved.The performance of students in the tendency of time management shows gender difference,and girls are generally superior to boys in the sense of time value and effectiveness.2.School delays are common among pupils in grades 4 to 6,but are not high.Grave school delays are highest in grades 4 and 6 and lowest in grade 5,and are higher among boys than girls.3.There is a significant negative correlation between the tendency of time management and academic delay among senior primary school students.Academic delay,delayed planning,delayed completion,delayed remediation,and delayed summary are significant and positive correlations between various variables and test anxiety.It also means that the higher the degree of delay in primary school,the higher the test anxiety they have in the exam.If the academic delay is better,the student's situation in the examination anxiety also appears relatively low.4.There is a significant and negative correlation between the variables of time management tendency,time value sense,time monitoring view,time efficiency sense and examination anxiety,which means that if the senior elementary school students have a higher ability to manage time tendency,The test anxiety they experience will be correspondingly low. |
