In today’s society,with the rapid development of science and technology,more and more attention has been paid to the knowledge and ability.Secondary vocational and technical personnel’s quality affects the economic development of the whole society and the enhancement of comprehensive national strength,the secondary vocational schools as the cradle of the secondary vocational and technical personnel training,active measures should be taken to improve the teaching quality.Specialized course teaching is a key part of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.It plays an important role in students’ professional quality and comprehensive quality.However,due to subjective and objective reasons,there are many problems in the teaching of specialized courses in secondary vocational schools,which requires the diagnosis,analysis of teaching problems and solutions.Through research of the existing literature,this paper uses questionnaire investigation and observation method for secondary specialized course teachers’ teaching and students’ learning and interaction between teachers and students of diagnosis,the scientific investigation,statistics and analysis of found problems of teaching with the teaching method is unitary;The training teaching base cannot play its full role.Improper use of teaching strategies;Student participation in class is low;Students’ bad learning behavior;The learning effect is not high.The reasons of its teaching problems are influenced by traditional teaching concepts.Poor management of training equipment;Teachers lack the awareness and methods to attract students to participate in class.The defects of students’ psychology and learning ability.On the basis of exploring teaching problems and causes,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions.It is mainly to renew teachers’ ideas and improve their teaching ability.Establish learning confidence and improve learning ability;Increase investment and create a good teaching environment.This study can improve the teaching problems of secondary specialized courses and improve their teaching quality,which is of great research value.
