Secondary vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational schools)shoulder the important task of conveying talents to the society,and should pay attention to the quality of teaching in the process of training talents.Teachers in secondary vocational schools should also have the responsibility and obligation to diagnose teaching,which is of great significance to the improvement of teaching quality.In this paper,the author investigates the teachers and students in secondary vocational schools through a questionnaire to understand the current situation of teaching diagnosis in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,we find out the existing problems in the teaching diagnosis of the secondary vocational schools and put forward corresponding strategies,hoping to be able to teach and teach the teachers of high school vocational schools.The ability of diagnosis is helpful to improve teaching quality.After clarifies the purpose and significance of the study,the first is to use the literature method: to analyze the direction of this research,and to understand the historical development and current situation of the research object.Secondly,the survey method: compiling the questionnaire,then investigating the teachers of XX secondary vocational schools in Guiyang,Guizhou.The second is the observation method:using the opportunity of internship in XX secondary vocational school inGuiyang City,Guizhou Province,we will observe the teaching activities of teachers in the front line of secondary vocational schools.Finally,the interview method: interviews with secondary vocational school teachers are made through the preparation of the interview outline.Through interview investigation and research,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the teaching diagnosis of secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the reasons for the problems,and how to improve the teaching diagnostic ability of teachers and improve the teaching methods and progress.The corresponding strategies are put forward to improve teachers' teaching skills and improve their learning quality.
