Research On Problems Of Rural Private Kindergarten In The Background Of Rural Urbanization

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of rural private kindergartens in the background of rural the urbanization.Through practical,s way,we can understand the rural private kindergartens,problems in the course of urbanization.At the same time,we can understand the opportunities and challenges which the urbanization brings to the rural private kindergarten,find the influential factors of the development of rural private kindergartens,get some specific recommendations.Xinzheng is listed as a pilot city of new type of urbanization,and L town is one of the four central cities.It is a new urban area and featured town that is the focus of the new-type urbanization construction system of Xinzheng city.After the preliminary investigation of the private kindergartens in L town,the representative W garden was selected as the research object.The research methods of this study mainly include observation,interview and questionnaire methods.Through the collection of data,the life arrangement,diet arrangement and health care of W kindergarten were obtained;Curriculum setting status;Teacher's age,gender,educational structure,etc.And the cooperation form,degree and content of home cooperation.And analyze the collected data in a whole.Through this study,it is found that the current life of kindergarten in W kindergarten is mainly due to lack of scientific nature,lack of nutrition in dietary arrangement and imperfect health care system.There are mainly problems of primary school orientation,one-sided pursuit of urbanization and lack of traditional cultural characteristics.The teaching force mainly has the problem of low age of teachers,low professional quality and high mobility;Home cooperation mainly includes the problem of low degree of parental involvement,low degree of cooperation and single content.Through the reflection on the problems existing in W kindergarten,the causes of the problems are discussed.Finally,it is the guarantee of the sustainable development of private kindergartens in the process of urbanization,which is to put forward the curriculum setting of conservation,scientific and reasonable curriculum,to revitalize the teachers,and to effectively co-educate the home.Furthermore,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions on how to protect and emphasize the conservation,the scientific and rational setting,the development of teachers' power and the effective co-education of the home.
