Research On The Mental Health Status Of Middle School PE Teachers In Yanbian

The mental health of physical education teachers not only affects their own life and health,but also affects the school physical education and the mental health of the students.At present,there are many achievements in the study of teachers' mental health,but the psychological health of the middle school physical education teachers in Yanbian has not been studied deeply.This paper surveys and analyzes the social support scale and mental health scale of the 230 middle school teac,hers in Yanbian area,and draws the following conclusions.(1)the total social support of the respondents is in a medium to a higher level.The total score of mental health is below the total leved.The social support and mental health level of different physical education teachers are relatively scattered.(2)there are significant differences in the mental health level of physical education teachers in age,nationality and educational backgrpund.The total score of 41 and older sports teachers' mental health and the scores were significantly higher than those of younger teachers;the total score of the Han Nationality Sports Teachers' psychological health and self score was significantly higher than that of Korean sports teachers;the total score of undertgrraduate,graduate and above the sports teachers' Psychological Health and the scores were significantly higher than that of secondary and tertiary education of PE teachers.(3)there are significant differences in the mental health level of physical education teachers in marriage,working years and professional titles.The scores of mental health of PE teachers is significantly higher than that of married and divorced unmarried teachers;mental health scores more work experience of PE teachers is significantly higher than that of fewer years of work of the physical education teachers;physical education teacher mental health score higher professional title was significantly higher than that of low Title Physical Education teachers.Finally,according to the conclusion of the investigation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the social status of the Korean sports teachers,strengthening the education of education,obtaining certain social support and improving the professional title of physical education teachers,in order to improve the mental health level of the middle school physical education teachers in Yanbian.
