Under the guidance of the people-oriented ideology,the educational cause has a kind of universal nature,which requires that education should be popularized for every student,and the special needs are no exception.Special education is a cause for children with special needs.The development of special education affects the overall quality of education in a region and a country,and embodies the fairness,justice and public welfare of education.In the development of special education,Huangshi has experienced a lot of courses from scratch,starting to development.Now it has a relatively complete teaching equipment and a good team of teachers,and has achieved certain achievements.But generally speaking,there is still much room for development in Huangshi's special education schools.The quality of teachers directly affects the quality of teaching,and determines the level of development of the entire special education.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the construction of teachers in special education schools in Huangshi,expounds the significance of the research,and analyses the research achievements of experts and scholars in special education teachers' policies,qualifications,pre service training,post vocational training and so on,and puts forward the research ideas.Through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,the article focuses on the present situation and problems of the construction of teachers in Huangshi special education schools.From the results of the investigation,there are four main problems in the construction of the teachers' team in special education schools in Huangshi,such as the defects of special education assessment and evaluation system,the professional degree of the special teaching staff,the lack of the effect of post vocational training and the lack of incentive mechanism for the special teachers' work.In view of this,the article puts forward the Countermeasures for the construction of teachers in special education schools in Huangshi,including four aspects of strengthening special education teachers' system guarantee,improving the professional degree of special education teachers,strengthening training work and improving the incentive mechanism of special teachers and capital,so as to improve quality of the special education of Huangshi city.
