Today's society, with the development of economy and the progress of the society, with people's various pressure, all kinds of social problems also emerged. ADHD, autism, childhood disintegrative disorder such as all kinds of incurable diseases aremore and more. These children lackthe normal language communication with people and some of them even lack self-care ability. These children bear more living and spiritual pressure compared withthe ordinary children, and our Country's care system for autistic children is still ablueprint. The number of children with autism cases in our every day life areincreasing. Different feature s of individual cause different symptoms, case clinical work encounter a lot of pressure. In combination with a line of professional social work practice,the writer explores the autistic children counseling related methods, the main research case applied in children with autism case-by-case counseling, social work and summary in the process of coaching skills, service effectiveness evaluation and the evaluation of service and so on.This article is based on autism cases in the professional practice of social work, start from the mentoring process of professional social work, use professional theory and skills to help autistic children with special diffic ulties.Throughout the coaching process is through the integration of the resources of social support networks, forming resultant force. In the intervention process, the author is not to do in stead of the service object, but to guide and help them to change, and cultivate the ability to the service object itself continuously, and make the progress in the directio n of development of the service object itself. The whole process not only implements the service object of energized, meantime also let the author's own specialized accomplishment and ability to get promoted, truly reflects the basic idea of social work professional help others. By using social support networks case study, the author found that good professional relationship and social support networks system, and the professional skills of social workers and the director of match is a case for the key to effective of itself. In this paper select the HUE Child Development Center for the investigation of land, has used literature research and depthinterviews, on demand services for children with autism, parents of children with autism on the center and rehabilitation training teachers for in-depth Interview. By using social support network system to do case study, the author found out that good professional relationship, the cooperation of all the elements in social support network system, the professional skills of social workers and the cooperation of the client are the four essential factors to do case work effectively. The research of this article is a theory to guide practice of bold attempt, also made some preliminary results, with a hope that social workers in other place can also find these interventions beneficial in helping children with autism, and to provide some basis for social work research and practice.
