Vocational education is an important component of China's education and an important foundation for national economic and social development.Vocational education should adhere to the people-centered education idea,adhere to the ability-oriented education training model,vocational education curriculum reform and setting must meet the needs of social and economic development.With the rapid development of vocational education,the unification of the curriculum system has been difficult to meet the needs of vocational education personnel training.School-based curriculum development is not only an effective way of curriculum reform in secondary vocational education,but also an important part of professional curriculum construction in secondary vocational schools.Local economic development has an important connection with the talent training model.Professionals can promote the development of the industry and thus promote economic development;economic development also provides a practical foundation and support for the training of professionals.Vocational education personnel training should be integrated with local economic development and efforts should be made to cultivate professional talents adapted to local economic development.This year,the tourism industry in the Wulong District has developed rapidly.Tourism has become a distinctive feature of the regional economy and society in the Wulong District.The demand for tourism professionals in the region is increasing.Starting from regional characteristics,developing curriculum resources and developing school-based curriculum guides for service in Wulong District will not only facilitate the further training of professional tourism professionals in the secondary vocational schools with regional economic and social integration,but also facilitate the integration of local education and professional education.This research takes the Wulong Vocational Education Center as an example to study the development of the school-based curriculum of the “Wulong Guide Service”,the principles of the school-based curriculum development in the VTE schools,the objectives and contents of the school-based curriculum,the construction of school-based textbooks,and the school-based curriculum.The implementation and evaluation were analyzed and discussed.First of all,it analyzes the status quo of school-based curriculum development for tour guide service in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the knowledge and capabilities that should be possessed by Wulong tour guide reception service from the perspective of teaching reality.Secondly,in the main part of this article,the specific process of the school-based curriculum construction of Wulong Tour Guide Service was explained,as well as the guarantees and measures for its implementation.The curriculum standards and teaching materials for the “Wulong Tour Guide Service” were proposed,and it is hoped that theory Both in practice and in practice,the curriculum reform and development of the guide service in secondary vocational schools will be promoted.
